At Terroir Selections, our mission is to connect Florida’s restaurants and retailers with wines that have a true sense of place—and with the families who dedicate their lives to producing them.

We believe great wine begins with responsible farming. Healthy soils, balanced vineyards, thoughtful stewardship, and respect for each growing season create wines with energy, identity, and authenticity. That is why we seek out independent, family-owned estates whose work is rooted in sustainable, organic, or biodynamic principles. For these growers, responsible farming is not a trend or a marketing claim. It is a long-term commitment to their land, their communities, and the generations that will follow them.

Our selection process is personal. We build relationships with our producers, walk their vineyards, learn their methods, and listen to the stories behind their wines. We look beyond famous labels and passing trends to find bottles that communicate something real: the mineral character of a limestone hillside, the freshness of a cool coastal vineyard, the warmth of a Mediterranean landscape, or the signature of a farmer who understands every row of vines. We choose wines that taste like somewhere—not everywhere.

Our responsibility does not end when a wine leaves the estate. Provenance must be protected throughout the entire journey. Every bottle we import travels under temperature-controlled, refrigerated conditions from the winery to Florida. It is stored in our warehouse at 64–68°F and delivered statewide in our refrigerated trucks. This unbroken cold chain protects freshness, balance, texture, and longevity so that the wine arriving at your door remains as close as possible to the condition intended by the winemaker.

As a family-owned importer and distributor, we also believe that business should remain personal. We take the time to understand each customer’s cuisine, concept, clientele, price structure, and goals. Whether you are building a new wine list, refreshing a by-the-glass program, searching for a particular region, or looking for distinctive wines that deliver stronger value, our role is not simply to sell you a bottle. Our role is to help you find the right wine, from the right grower, for the right place on your list.

Since 2012, we have worked to build more than a portfolio. We have built a community of growers, hospitality professionals, retailers, and wine lovers who believe that origin matters, farming matters, and relationships matter. Every introduction, tasting, and delivery is an opportunity to share that community and create a lasting connection between vineyard and table.
